Our Review
The 6-inch double din CD/DVD/MP3 player from Kenwood is one of the best to be used in cars, which comes with a touch-screen option, that makes the VGA color TFT screen more useful and easy to use. It has a Variable Colour Illumination to Match Your Car’s Dashboard Lighting, and the video display is in MPEG format.The flat screen produces a good quality media, and the player can control USB devices, and iPhone, iPod as well but requires KCA-iP301V for that. If it's setup well, the player gives you the options to search through the videos, audio and the files in the iPod.
The player comes with many optional features like bluetooth hands-free, rear camera, TV receiver, Rear view screens which all can be added to the default player and enhance the user experience. It has the radio receiver where you can wirelessly connect to the radio stations and listen to the radio. The users can set security codes for its usage. There is also a backup memory for some media in it. In all, this is one of the most advanced players that can fir into the cars with many options. Everything including the brightness, contrast and other screen adjustments can be done easily through the touchscreen. The display too is available in different modes i.e. full, zoom, normal and just.
The player comes in multilingual option, and there is an optional remote control that works through InfraRed. To avoid multiple touches, there is a touch tone which helps during navigation.
