Our Review
This is high quality portable DVD player comes with two 7’’ TFT active matrix screens and is capable of playing most of the popular audio and video file formats such as DVD, DVD+/-RW, DVD+/-r, DivX, VCD, MPEG4, as well as audio and MP3 CDs; you can also view your photos that are stored in JPEG file format. The unit is easy to assemble and is attached to the headrests of the front seats with solid mounting kit.
The DVD player and the second screen are powered by car adaptors, while the DVD player only can be also powered by mains adapter or batteries that provide two hours of continuous playback. The quality of the video and the stereo is great and about the only disadvantage of this product is that when mounted, the two screens are positioned a few inches away from the headrests and might present safety hazards in the case of a collision. The player is shock-proof and that allows you to watch movies even on bumpy roads.
Included in the pack are one remote control, mains adaptor, car kit, two car mounts and one user manual.

I purchased this Philips DVD player a couple of months ago and I am quite satisfied with the product – the sound is much better than the sound of my previous portable player, the video is also great and the units easy to assemble. The only thing that worries me is the fact that when mounted, the two screens are a few inches from the car seats and I am not sure that this is safe when you have a child in the backseat. Apart from that, everything works as it should I am quite happy with my purchase.
